Catherine is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatric Mental Health (PMHNP-BC). She received her Master of Science in Nursing from Azusa Pacific University.

Catherine tailors a personalized treatment plan for each individual to bring relief from burdensome symptoms and restore optimal mental health functioning by utilizing neuropsychiatric science, psychotherapy, and medication management. She is dedicated to practicing evidence-based medicine with a psychosocial and psychodynamic approach, to help patients with mental illnesses achieve a better quality of life.

In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family, travel, and try new foods.
