Julie Cabading is an affable practitioner with over ten years of mental and behavioral health care experience working with individuals across the lifespan. She is passionate about reducing mental health stigma and enjoys building intentional relationships with her clients. Julie encourages progress by providing therapeutic interventions that are individually tailored with a holistic and collaborative approach.  In her free time, you can find Julie enjoying outdoor sports, the company of friends and family, or staying current on mental health best practices. 

 

Julie received her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from San Diego State University, Bachelor of Science in Nursing at California State University, San Marcos, and later earned her Masters Degree in Nursing from the University of South Alabama and is a current board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
